Fire Jade & Karen "Spirit Lock" Choker

A contemporary 'spirit lock' from the Karen hill tribe in Thailand decorates a strand of facetted fire jade beads.  Spirit locks are traditionally used by the Karen to 'lock' their spirit or soul into their bodies. This piece is an 18” choker with sterling silver lobster clasp with 1 1/2” chain extender.
