This vase is a contemporary design decorated with a Damascus glass pattern, which uses a combination of one or more colors of glass canes manipulated and folded many times over to display a distinct pattern on the surface of the glass. The top of this vase is cut and polished on an angle drawing the viewers eye down the swirling colored body of the piece. The surface is gently etched and sealed to give a unique low luster finish.
